Should users with bad spelling/grammar be banned/demoted?

Should people who just omit vowels for no damn good reason and just leave off punctation so that there sentences all flow into one be banned or stopped im not a an english teacher or anything but its just annyoing porr speeling is not so bad but stop typing like your a damn 12 year old telling his girlfirned that he lvs her DAMMIT

although i can't spell i agree bad grammer should carry some punishment. Maybe not banning but taking people down a rank or something.

I think this poll should be made to include spelling mistakes as well as some times when you make a spelling mistake it can affect the grammar.

I was going to quote almost every single post here to correct spelling errors, capitalisation and grammar since almost every one of them contains a problem. But then I figured it would just be redundent.(sic)

demotion of rank does sound like fair punishment, if repeated death is got to be the next one
