Poll section WTF???

Why Why Why!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

is there a poll section...when the ALL of the stuff within it can be put else where into the correct sections...Cause lets say i put something about a wii game in the poll section...well i believe it belongs in the wii section...or anything on films...in the film area...not somewhere where people will have to look else where.
Random polls obviously belong in the RANDOM Section!

and if this makes no sense its because i am angry and just jabbering on at just how pointless it is...Sorry matt but it is!

um...but then while they may be on topic with something...having to look in a completly different section, for something based in another...which may be a convo thread with a poll attached...makes no sense...

maybe yes an archive for old expired polls...but not for new ones...i just, just don't get it

OK, to be honest i can kind of see where dunc is coming from.

I would say that a polls section would be best used for having like a random weekly poll or something.

Because at the moment we do have two threads on "favourite programming language?" which kind of does break up the conversation a bit.

possibly something to ponder over?
