Resistance: Fall of Man
I had fun playing it up to the end of Manchester.
Now, every time I try to get past that point, the game restarts on me. It's really fucking annoying.
Anyone else have this problem/know how to fix it?

i suggest taking it back and getting a new on, at least you'll still have your save so you wont have to start again, i didnt have the problem so id say its prbably a problem with your disk, did you get it preowned??

Yeah I got it preowned. It worked fine before, just started fucking up recently. It seems to be more the save than the actual disc though... we saved it past Manchester then we hit continue and it started us randomly in the middle of York... (not even at the beginning of the game).
I'll have to find the receipt to take it back... I'm not entirely sure I still have it, or even if I can return it now...

Re: Resistance: Fall of Man
For anyone who cares..
I managed to fix this problem, deleted the save and then just started the game anew and played through until that point and it got me further (and saved further).
Seems to be a problem with the PS3 actually saving games rather than anything else. Anyone else had this problem that their PS3 isn't saving things properly?
