Elder Scrolls: Morrowind
Just bought it for pc in a 2 for 15 deal, but i hated oblivion, was this a bad idea?
it looks kinda cool but i hated the combat/general gameplay of oblivion (granted, it was on 360, so maybe mouse and kboard will fair better (but i hate rpgs on pc usuall, (except MMOs)))

Re: Elder Scrolls: Morrowind
morrowind is pretty good but even slower to get into than oblivion.
however the game world feels much much bigger because theres so much variety to the landscape and the fast travel is done on things called stil striders (big fleas) rather than just clicking on a map.
The combat is different from oblivion. whether you hit or not (melee and bows wise anyway) depends as much on your ability score as whether the enemy is in the crosshair so leveling up is important.
the leveling system is a little deeper in morrowind as theres more abilities.
things like blade are split up into short blade and long blade. makes it a lot deeper and stops you being an assasin carrying a big fuck off claymore.
p.s my gf says oblivion fucking rules

Re: Elder Scrolls: Morrowind
i didnt like it because of the first person rpg on a console (trying to aim magic at a little moving rat with a 360 controller)
